What you’ll do in your first 4–6 weeks

• Advise clients on leasing and investment opportunities tailored to their business goals
• Conduct market research, property evaluations, and prepare insightful reports
• Manage end-to-end leasing and investment transactions, including negotiations and legal coordination
• Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, and developers
• Stay updated on market trends, zoning laws, and emerging opportunities

What you’ll do in 6–9 months

• Handle high-value commercial leasing and investment portfolios
• Independently manage client relationships and transactions
• Develop expertise in Dubai’s commercial property market
• Expand network with developers, investors, and corporate clients

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai commercial real estate
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms
