Job Description

Be part of Ace Ventures Real Estate LLC, a leading name in Dubai’s luxury property market. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Executive to ensure seamless office operations and support our elite team.

What you’ll do in your first 4–6 weeks

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Answer and direct calls, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Take detailed minutes, manage correspondence, and distribute memos and reports
  • Maintain office filing systems, update policies, and ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle property listings, sales, and lease transactions end-to-end including DLD forms, portal submissions, and compliance requirements
  • Assist and guide agents in listing properties and fulfilling documentation and procedural requirements
  • Provide general support to visitors and team members
  • Liaise with senior management to handle requests and administrative queries
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and office documentation

What you’ll do in 6–9 months

  • Develop expertise in Dubai real estate administrative and compliance processes
  • Take ownership of end-to-end operational workflows
  • Work closely with senior management and expand decision-making exposure
  • Build strong coordination capabilities across sales and operations teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Real Estate Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate processes, DLD requirements, and property portals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional discretion
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • High School diploma or Diploma
