Job Description
Be part of Ace Ventures Real Estate LLC, a leading name in Dubai’s luxury property market. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Executive to ensure seamless office operations and support our elite team.
What you’ll do in your first 4–6 weeks
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Answer and direct calls, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Take detailed minutes, manage correspondence, and distribute memos and reports
- Maintain office filing systems, update policies, and ensure operational efficiency
- Handle property listings, sales, and lease transactions end-to-end including DLD forms, portal submissions, and compliance requirements
- Assist and guide agents in listing properties and fulfilling documentation and procedural requirements
- Provide general support to visitors and team members
- Liaise with senior management to handle requests and administrative queries
- Assist in preparing regular reports and office documentation
What you’ll do in 6–9 months
- Develop expertise in Dubai real estate administrative and compliance processes
- Take ownership of end-to-end operational workflows
- Work closely with senior management and expand decision-making exposure
- Build strong coordination capabilities across sales and operations teams

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Real Estate Coordinator
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate processes, DLD requirements, and property portals
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional discretion
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- High School diploma or Diploma
